Case Study

We were asked to undertake a project to advise on our client’s client reporting. This was as a follow-on from a Client Audit project that Spence Johnson completed in 2013 and again in 2014. Our client was embarking on a client reporting review and wished to compare output with the best practice in the market.  The output was well received and informed in detail the improvements to the investment review that were required. 


Designed to highlight strengths, weaknesses and gaps in our client’s services.  The gaps in the service provision are then highlighted with recommendations made on how improvements to client management can be made.
