 DC Market Measures

In late 2009 Spence Johnson issued a research note under its ‘Broad Brush’ label which identified an astonishing lack of real information in this market, which persists today.  Data of even the most basic sort has been missing in this market. This makes it very difficult for those participating in or entering the market to answer further questions to help them in their planning such as how the market is best segmented, and how clients and competitors behave in the various segments.
Since 2009, the team at Spence Johnson have been working hard to research both published and private sources in order to develop the measures that are missing. This offering is the result.
