Charlotte Housden

Charlotte has recently joined Spence Johnson as a Research Consultant. Over the past 17 years she has worked as a Management Consultant for KPMG and two niche consultancies, also holding senior Human Resources roles at Lloyds Banking Group and Santander.

She set up a small consultancy in 2007 and helped clients such as RBS, BP, Nokia. AIG, HBOS, London Stock Exchange and Specsavers.

Charlotte has a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.

She lives near the sea in Kent - in her spare time she’s a photographer and writes fiction, having just finished her first novel.
